Jeannie is an award-winning writer experienced in fiction and nonfiction genres, with multiple freelance credits, published in newspapers, periodicals and books nationwide. Her first poem was published in 1968 when she was 13 years old and she has earned a living writing full time since 1984. She has been a correspondent for Tampa Bay Newspapers, Inc. since 1998 and is concurrently producing communications projects for Advantech Reporting, Inc.

As president of Viking Communications, Inc.   (1987-1998) she created articles, company presentations, reports, brochures, manuals, funding projects, manuscripts, sales letters, proposals, sponsorship requests, booklets, histories, seminar materials and resumes. Her articles have been featured in St. Petersburg Times, Equal Opportunity Magazine, Veterans Chronicle, Pinellas County Review, Tampa Bay Opera Quarterly, American Coin-Op, Believer’s Bay and others. She is a contributing author in all four editions of the Career Press book, Resumes!Resumes!Resumes!
